TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS
A minimum of 50% deposit payment is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable upon completion of hire.
50% FEE APPLIES TO CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BOOKING
90% FEE APPLIES TO CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.
Please respect our environmental policy of no plastic water bottles (we have plenty of cups and water jugs for you to use). Minimise takeaway coffee cups and containers.
DAMAGES & RUBBISH REMOVAL:
Please remove anything that you bring in – props, building materials, bulky rubbish etc. There are adequate bins provided for general waste, anything beyond this will be charged for removal at managements discretion.
Please respect the space and leave it as you found it.
Please clean the space to the standard at which you found it – please sweep up any building materials and place in bins provided. Vacuum is also on hand for any dirt or mess brought into the space, as well as mops and buckets. Any mess left will attract a cleaning fee of $200 – if extreme excessive cleaning is needed you will be contacted by a staff member to discuss fees (best to clean it up yourself!)
If you require a freshly painted CYC, please advise with management at least 3 days prior to your booking – this attracts a $60 painting & labour fee.
Please take care when utilising the CYC space – any damages (holes etc) to the CYC will incur fees to fix it. Please do not paint or adapt the CYC without permission. Excessive mess, damages, and paint left on the CYC will incur a fee to repaint.
USE OF EQUIPMENT, PROPS & FURNITURE
We have an amazing array of furniture and props that are available for you to use, however – please do not use any equipment that is not yours without asking the managing supervisor. Damages to equipment or the property will be charged at managements discretion.
